Tuskegee Airmen Scholarship Fund

Each year the Tuskegee Airmen Scholarship Foundation awards scholarships to deserving young men and women. The number of available scholarship awards is directly related to income received from investments. In 2008 the Scholarship Fund will award 41, one-year scholarships of $1,500.00, and it will award the $20,000 Pratt & Whitney Scholarship to a student who demonstrates a sincere aptitude for and pursuit of a career in aviation, aerospace technology or research.

The four-year Pratt & Whitney Golden Eagle Scholarship will be paid in increments of $5,000 per year as long as the student maintains a 2.500 grade point average (GPA) and continues in the selected career path. The one-year scholarships will be awarded at the Annual Autumn Gala Luncheon.

The East Coast Chapter accepts applications from scholars in Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. Students must apply through their local chapters. Find out where to apply using our list of Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. chapters.


Tuskegee Airmen Presidential Memorial Grants

These grants are in memory of past presidents of the ECCTAI. Six grants are awarded each year.
