The ECCTAI Speakers Bureau accepts numerous requests to speak to schools and civic organizations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, sharing the history of the African American aviators and support personnel that were trained at an isolated complex near the town of Tuskegee, Alabama, as well as the many success stories of the later careers of these American patriots.

The Speakers Bureau gives presentations throughout the year to schools and organizations located in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. We ask that you submit your request for a speaker at least 8 weeks in advance of your event. February is a very busy period, earlier submissions for that month are required. Due to the number of requests, we are not able to accommodate all requests. Your request should be submitted by e-mail or by US mail. Please include:

  • event date and time
  • location
  • event information - what other activities are planned
  • expected number of event attendees
  • your name, phone and address
  • information on your organization
Please e-mail your request to speaker@ecctai.com
or US mail to:
